An excellent way of maximising the benefit from your yoga practice. Sessions are highly tailored to your needs. In One to One sessions you will receive focused tuition with Emma which directly addresses your specific physical, emotional & / or energetic needs in the context of your own personal goals / challenges.
Your goals may be purely physical (posture, flexibility, strength, mobility or recovering from injury, trauma or illness) or you may have more mind-focused goals such as developing mindfulness, a sense of inner peace, inner calm, inner strength, increased vitality, improved mood, resilience & self-esteem.
You may wish to focus on improving your breathing, on restoration, regeneration, hormonal balance and so forth. If you are a Teacher or a Teacher trainee, you may wish to learn more hands-on assists, to receive professional Yoga Teacher mentoring or to simply enjoy a 121 session in the hands of a Senior Yoga Teacher.

What type of session?
Sessions can be tailored to your preference and can dynamic or gentle, relaxing or meditative. In addition to yoga-based practices I can also help with movement-based performing arts. Let me know your needs and objectives!
One to One sessions can be held in the comfort of your home or alternatively at a venue of your choosing. If required we can help you find a suitable local venue.
