Big thanks to those of you who’ve been attending the Zoom sessions over recent months. Recordings of these are now available – so you can catch up on any you missed,  or go back over any past material.

Session videos are available at a price of £7 each. Order any three yoga sessions for £20 or any four sessions for £25.  Zoom-barre HIIT videos are available at a price of £6, or challenge yourself to do 8 sessions for £40! Have a browse through the titles below and if you would like to order, please complete the order form, telling me the IDs of any you would like. I will then send you a Paypal payment request and once settled will supply you with Dropbox links to any files.

*These lessons develop week by week as you would experience on a course. That said, each one can also be taken as stand alone session

*Please note, all sessions take place laying down on the floor except for lessons *5 and *6 which include sections in a seated position (5 much less so than 6) and propped up on your hands, weight bearing a little through the wrists.
