ALL STUDENTS are now required to book on a TERMLY BASIS should you wish to attend weekly classes at the Park Hub, Oxted. There are now NO DROP-INS I’m afraid, (except for newcomers, subject to availability)

CLASS PASS OPTIONS Our new system offers a variety of CLASS PASSES! Check out the 7 options here *Please bear in mind that your pass will only allow you to register for your allocated amount of classes per term *This is 5 x Yin sessions, 6 x Vinyasa and 6 x Hatha sessions per term, unless you have bought a ‘FLEXI-PASS’ = 11/12 x mixed classes.
TERM DATES Please also note, not all classes will be consecutive. Here are the Term 1 Class Dates:
HATHA January 6th, (no class on 14th), 20th, 27thFebruary 3rd, 10th, 17th
VINYASA January 8th, 22nd, 29thFebruary 5th, 12th, 19th
YIN January 9th, (no class on 16th), 23rd, 30thFebruary 6th, 13th

AFTER PURCHASING A PASS – PLEASE CONTINUE TO REGISTER EACH WEEK Just like before, students must use the links in my weekly newsletter or visit my website to register for your class each week.
WHY IS THIS ESSENTIAL? Firstly and vitally, this means there is a record in the system of classes you have attended and therefore, how many catch-up sessions you may have to claim.
Without this record, there could be chaos and misunderstandings as the human mind is subject to making errors and mis-remembering! Well, I know mine is anyway!
Secondly, This shows me how many mats are available each week, how much equipment I need to put out and how many spaces I can offer to ‘catch-uppers’ and newcomers
WHAT TO DO IF YOU BOOK ON BUT CAN’T MAKE IT? All passes are allocated a limited number of sessions. You will still need to let me know that you can’t make it with as much notice as possible please. You can email me on onelovesyoga@gmail.com
***This will allow me to re-credit your pass with a session so that you can use it as a catch-up session. So don’t forget to let me know 🙂

BOOK A CATCH-UP CLASS Your pass will allow you to book onto a different class, the same way you book onto your own pass, as long as you have not used up your allocated amount of sessions that term. Click the specific class link in my weekly newsletter or go to the specific class on my WEBSITE TIMETABLE to get to the booking system and select your CURRENT pass to register for the other class.
Please bear in mind that your pass will only allow you to register for your allocated amount of classes per term! That’s why you need to let me know if you can’t make it so I can adjust your pass. If you want to plan a missed session in advance (and book onto a catch-up one) and are having tech problems, just email me and I’ll sort it out as quickly as possible.
ORGANISE IN ADVANCE I have changed my system to show all upcoming classes in a term on my website so you can organise yourself further in advance now.
GUEST PASSES With each class pass, you have one FREE session to GIFT to a friend per term!Simply ask me if there is space and if so, your friend may attend the session. Please note, I will need their email to book them into the class.
